myron 3080273e0a Emergency HA config export 2026-06-26 
HA disk lost after Proxmox config reset. Exported while VM still running from
page cache: areas (24), all entity states (2058), areas list.
Note: Google Drive Backup addon was installed — check Google Drive for .tar backups.

myron f8c406dbad Remove stale completed-task memory files 
Deleted: jarvis_improvements_list (all 13 done), novacpx_todo (all done),
jarvis_migration (complete — JARVIS on VM 211). Updated MEMORY.md index.
