Fix JARVIS URL to HTTP, correct NPM and WireGuard CT IPs
- JARVIS Dashboard/Admin: https → http, add /login.php to main URL
- NPM link: 10.48.200.201 → 10.48.200.200
- WireGuard CT: 10.48.200.19 → 10.48.200.67
